Leather OWB holster carried small of back. Because the firearm is positioned over the spinal cord, there is a real risk of spinal-cord injury if the carrier falls on her back. Additionally, small of back carry is very uncomfortable for sitting, and is rarely as concealed as its practitioners believe.
