There’s one question anyone interested in graceful concealed carry must ask herself every time she puts an outfit together. The question is so important that no one who wants to be discreet should ever leave the house without asking herself this question. You’ll find links to this question from various pages throughout the website, because I think it is such an important question.

If the answer to this question is no, throw the outfit out and start over.
If an outfit is too ugly or too unusual-looking or too whatever for you to wear under normal circumstances, you should not wear that outfit simply because you can hide a gun while wearing it.
Let’s face it: none of us want to stand out or look weird. We want to blend in and look about like we normally look. Concealment means you don’t want people to look at you twice trying to figure out what’s wrong with this picture? The goal is to look, well, normal.
So if you wouldn’t wear a particular outfit when you aren’t trying to conceal a gun, you probably should not consider it a good choice for when you are.
All of this doesn’t mean, of course, that you won’t want to purchase some specific items to help you conceal the gun. But if the only reason you would consider being seen in those clothes is because they will hide a gun, you’re probably on the wrong track.
