Shipping

Physical merchandise is sold by Cornered Cat LLC and distributed by Cornered Cat LLC and its affiliates.

Physical merchandise ordered from CorneredCat.com will ship within 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.   

If for any reason Cornered Cat LLC is not able to ship an item within 10 business days the purchaser will have the option of either canceling the order for a full refund, or retaining the order and waiting for the product to ship as soon as it becomes available.

If Cornered Cat LLC is unable to complete an order, the purchaser will be notified and receive a full refund.

Cornered Cat LLC will use the United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, or Federal Express to send shipments.  The customer will be shown any shipping charges before an order is complete, and will have the option of not finalizing the order until all pricing and shipping information can be reviewed by the customer.

Returns

Your satisfaction is completely guaranteed.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you can return it within 14 business days of the original shipping date for a full refund.  Items damaged from misuse or neglect will not be accepted.  Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.  We will process refunds as soon as merchandise is received.  We reserve the right to modify this policy from time to time should it become necessary.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at pax@corneredcat.com or by phone at (360) 207–5702 for return authorization. You will be given instructions on where and how to return the product. Simply returning a product without contacting us first may void this guarantee.

Classes, Seminars and other Presentations

Registration for classes, seminars or other presentations made through corneredcat.com or authorized by Cornered Cat LLC is non-refundable and non-transferable. In certain circumstances registration may be transferred to a different class, seminar or presentation; however, such is available solely at the discretion of Cornered Cat LLC and is not guaranteed.

If a class, seminar or other presentation is canceled or rescheduled, the purchaser will be notified and be offered the opportunity to either receive a full refund or transfer the registration to a different class, seminar or presentation where available.
